Founding Day is presented by The Cultural, Engagement, Diversity and Arts Committee (CEDA) in partnership with the Boy Scouts, the Food Pantry, the Green Team, the Environmental Commission, Explore Millburn-Short Hills, the Millburn Short Hills Historical Society, the Township of Millburn, the Paper Mill Playhouse, the Shade Tree Commission and the Short Hills Garden Club.
